Who we are

Zeno Acquisition ("we") is a digital marketing agency serving real estate and travel businesses in the UAE and Pakistan. Contact: hamza@zenoaiacq.com.

What we collect on this website

• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, and the details you give when you book a call (name, phone, email, business).
• Basic technical data from our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running.
• If we turn on the Meta Pixel for advertising, Meta receives data about your visit under its own policy. We will update this page before it is switched on.

How we use it

To reply to you, run the strategy call, send a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We do not sell your data.

Client data

For clients we may handle leads collected by their own campaigns. That data belongs to the client, is stored in the client's own accounts and tools wherever possible, and is used only to deliver the agreed work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by contacting us. We reply within 30 days.
